Learn the trade
where it's done right.
Good electricians are the scarcest resource in this region, and we're always interested in meeting them — and in meeting the people who want to become them.
What working here actually means
Iron Pine was founded by electricians with 20+ years of combined experience, and that shapes what working here is like: you learn the whole trade, on the full range of work this region generates — new construction rough-ins, service upgrades, generators, camp and lake work, commercial fit-ups. Not one niche repeated forever.
The standard is the one the website describes because it's the one the trucks carry: code is the floor, sites get left cleaner than we found them, and the name answers for the work. And because Iron Pine is early and growing, the people who join now grow with it.
Who we want to hear from
Licensed electricians and experienced hands, obviously. But also apprentices and career-changers with the aptitude and the work ethic — the trade needs its next generation, this region needs it locally, and an electrical career here means good pay, real skill, and work that can't be outsourced anywhere. If you're mechanically inclined, reliable, and want to learn, that's a real starting point.
