Engineering before equipment

We produce the load analysis, size the unit honestly, and design the transfer switching — including the code-required separation where life-safety circuits are involved.
Installed, commissioned, maintained
Pad and fuel coordination, utility interface, commissioning under real load, and documentation for your AHJ and insurer. Then the part most owners skip: scheduled maintenance and load-bank testing, because a generator that hasn’t been exercised is a hypothesis, not a backup plan.

Our maintenance contracts put units on a real schedule — quarterly checks, annual load-bank testing, battery and fuel-system verification — with documentation that satisfies both insurers and the operations manager's peace of mind.
Contract clients also get priority storm response, which in this region is worth more than the paper it's printed on: when the county goes dark, the businesses that stay lit are the ones whose systems were maintained before the forecast, and whose electrician answers on the first ring.
