For Builders, Developers & GCs
One less thing
to worry about.
Residential new construction is the core of our business, and builders are who this company is designed around. You should be able to hand off electrical and stop thinking about it.
What You Can Count On
The six things builders actually judge a sub on.
Not craftsmanship alone — every sub claims that. These are the operational things that decide whether your schedule holds and whether you call the same electrician on the next one.
Fast, itemized estimating
Tell us the bid date and we hit it. Every bid comes back scoped line by line — fixtures, devices, service, temp power, allowances — so you can compare apples to apples and defend the number to your client.
Scheduling you can build around
We rough in when framing is ready, not when we get to it. If something moves on your end, we re-sequence instead of disappearing. If something moves on ours, you hear it from us first.
One point of contact
You get a person who answers, not a dispatch queue. Questions get same-day answers and problems surface early — the week they can still be solved cheaply.
Change orders priced before the work
Scope changes are normal on a build. Surprise invoices are not. Every change gets priced and approved in writing before we touch it.
Clean jobsites, every trade
Material staged tight, scrap hauled out, cavities left clear for insulation and drywall. The next trade should not have to clean up after the electrician.
Inspections handled
We pull our permits, schedule the rough and final, meet the inspector, and correct anything on the spot. Electrical never becomes the reason the CO slips.
Project types we take.
Single-family custom homes
Full electrical from temp power through final trim, with design input on panel sizing, lighting layout, and the rough-ins worth adding while walls are open.
Spec homes & subdivisions
Repeatable layouts, predictable pricing, and a crew that keeps pace across multiple lots without the quality drifting between them.
Additions & major renovations
Tying new work into existing systems cleanly, including the capacity math that decides whether the service needs to grow first.
Multi-family & small commercial
Unit metering, house panels, life-safety circuits, and the documentation property managers actually need at handoff.
Growing alongside the builders we work with is the plan, not a slogan — the company is built to scale crews as our builders scale their volume, without the quality drifting on the way up.
Sending us a project
Plans are ideal — a full set, or even preliminary drawings if you are pricing early. If you do not have drawings yet, a walkthrough and a scope conversation is enough to get a real number moving.
Tell us the bid date up front. That single piece of information is what lets us prioritize correctly, and it is the deadline we hold ourselves to. If we cannot hit it, we will say so on the first call rather than going quiet and costing you a week.
What comes back
A written, itemized bid: scope by area, fixture and device allowances stated plainly, exclusions listed honestly, and a schedule expectation for rough-in and trim. Nothing buried, nothing vague enough to argue about in month four.
