Drawings are where a project is won or lost before anyone pulls wire. We produce the electrical design package — load calculations, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, lighting and power layouts, permit-ready plans — and then we build what we drew, which is exactly why the two match.
What an electrical design package includes
A complete package answers every question an inspector, a builder, and an installer will ask. Load calculations sized to real connected load and future capacity. A single-line (one-line) diagram showing service, distribution, and protection at a glance. Riser diagrams for multi-level work. Panel schedules with circuits assigned, balanced, and labeled. Power and lighting plans with device locations, switching, and fixture schedules. Specifications for the equipment that actually gets ordered.
For permit sets, that package is what the AHJ reviews. For builders, it is what makes the rough-in predictable. For owners, it is the document that says what they are buying before anyone opens a wall.
Design-build: drawn and built by the same company
The expensive failures in electrical work usually happen in the seam between the person who drew it and the person who installs it — a panel located where the framing will not take it, a service sized for the plan rather than the appliances, a lighting layout that ignores how the room is actually used. Design-build closes that seam. We draw it knowing we have to build it, and we build it knowing we drew it.
That also means value engineering happens honestly and early. When a design is over-specified, we say so at the drawing stage where changes are free, instead of discovering it as a change order in month four.
