Do we own the system?

Do you monitor the systems you install?

We install, wire, configure, and document; ongoing monitoring is contracted with a monitoring provider. We are happy to work alongside whichever one you choose rather than locking you into ours.

Can you add access control to existing doors?

Usually yes, though the door and frame decide the details — hollow metal is straightforward, older wood doors and historic frames take more care. We survey the openings before quoting so the number reflects your actual doors.

What about doors that need to lock for security but unlock for fire?

That interface is required and it is the part most often done wrong. Locked egress doors must release on fire alarm, and we wire and document that interface deliberately, with the AHJ in the loop.
