Home base. Saratoga Springs is where our work starts — the Broadway corridor and its Victorian blocks, the neighborhoods around Skidmore and the Race Course, and the custom homes going up on the edges of the city where the buildable land still is. The city runs the full range in a few square miles: 19th-century houses whose wiring has been added to for a century, mid-century neighborhoods hitting their capacity ceiling, and new custom builds that want the panel sized for everything at once.

In growth markets the permit set is the schedule: a clean, coordinated drawing package is what lets rough-in happen once and pass the first inspection.

The drawings we produce

Permit sets: floor-by-floor power and lighting plans, panel schedules, single-line and riser diagrams, device and fixture schedules, and the code references a plan reviewer expects to see. Shop drawings for equipment and assemblies. Coordination drawings that resolve where conduit, duct, pipe, and structure meet before anyone is standing on a lift arguing about it.

And at the end, as-builts — the drawings marked up to reflect what was actually installed rather than what was originally drawn. It is the least glamorous deliverable in construction and the one every future project on that building depends on.
